When will this happen: Monday 17 February 2020, 5:00pm.

Planned duration: 1 hour.

Expected restore time: Monday 17 February 2020, 6:00pm.

Why is this happening: As part of Mercy Connects Cyber Security Program a new Firewall is being installed at the Head Office.

What services are impacted:
1. Phone system (all sites).
2. Internet connection (Head Office and Dick Road)

What you need to do:
1. Please ensure that you have alternative mobile phone arrangements in place during this time.
2. Please ensure that you have logged out of your internet browser and emails to avoid loosing any unfinished or unsaved work.

Next expected communication: An email and notification via the staff app will be sent to notify you when the connection has been restored or if there is any change to this plan.
